Amber has created an incredible gym and community. My wife and I were so grateful to find a great gym nearby when we moved to East Helena. The equipment selection and amenities are fantastic, and everything is exceptionally well maintained. With three little girls, the 24-hour access has been an incredible gift, giving us the flexibility to work out around our family's schedule. Thank you, Amber (and team), for pouring your heart into this place and the people who walk through its doors. It truly shows.

From my initial membership sign up, to my first class tonight, this gym has been a wonderful experience. Can’t wait for more classes with Jenny, and the other instructors. Plus, the sauna and steam room are stellar post workout. Highly recommend!

Great gym experience. Machines are new and very smooth, amenities are fair for the price. 24 hour access is a game changer! Great staff too

Ditto the kudos about the kind, welcoming staff/owner. Nice selection of classes; instructors (shout out to Jenny & Noah) will modify to fit your level - no judgement, jump in one!! Or simply enjoy the wide variety of equipment, clean space, tan, sauna, (body scan - harsh reality, but good motivator) and grab a smoothie on the way out!
